Our introductory workshops are an excellent way to “dip your toes” into these topics and practices before committing to a multi-week class.
Offered several times a year, these half-day workshops give you a basic understanding of the main topic as well as a personal experience with several mindfulness meditation techniques in a supportive environment.
Participants receive guided meditations, a handbook, and emails from the instructor to support them in their home practice.
