Introductory Workshops

Our Introductory Workshops are an excellent way to “dip your toes” into mindfulness before committing to a multi-week class. Offered several times a year, these workshops give you a basic understanding of the main topic as well as a personal experience with several mindfulness meditation techniques in a supportive environment. They stand on their own, and are a perfect way to get acquainted with mindfulness and meditation.

Each workshop is 3 hours long and includes a Participant Handbook. You will also receive 28 days of online support from your instructor including tips, inspiration, and guided meditations. As a gift to you, the price of the workshop may be applied as a discount toward the sale of any multi-week course within 12 months.
