Individual Mindfulness Instruction

Learn from your own private mindfulness coach!

Have you always wanted to access the calm and confidence a mindfulness practice can give you, but something always gets in the way? There is resounding evidence that the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion have the potential to radically transform your life.

Extensive research over decades has shown the following benefits:

   •  Enhances the ability to manage stress
Increases confidence and self-acceptance
Improves sleep, focus, and attention

   •  Improves the ability to handle difficult emotions with grace
   •  Boosts self-acceptance and acceptance of others
   •  Teaches us to motivate with encouragement instead of criticism

Maybe you’ve thought about taking a class but the schedule doesn’t work, the commitment seems too big, or you’d feel uncomfortable in a large class. This is where a private mindfulness coach comes in: Someone you can easily contact if you have a question, someone who will listen to you with compassion, someone who will guide you to uncover and work toward your own unique goals.

I know how difficult it can be to jump into something new.
When I first encountered mindfulness, it seemed scary and uncomfortable.

Even though I felt like I was out of other options, it took me a while to take that first step.
When I did, it was so reassuring to have someone I could lean on to guide me each step of the way.

I would love to be that person for you.
