About Our Free Online Mindfulness Classes
Supported by over 40 years of research, mindfulness has been shown to be an effective complementary treatment to many different areas of physical, mental and emotional health, as well as to promote an overall sense of well-being. Self-kindness, one of the three components of mindful self-compassion, is a way of seeing our inner critic and being as caring and encouraging towards ourselves as we would a good friend.
These classes are an excellent way to explore these topics and practices before committing to further learning. You'll gain a basic understanding of the main topic and try out techniques in a supportive environment with a trained, experienced instructor.
If you have have taken a class with us before, or have explored mindfulness or meditation in the past, we invite you to join us for one of these 60-minute classes to restart your journey or refresh your practice. Invite a friend, too!
