We can customize any workshop built around the needs of any group or organization. We’re available for evening workshops, day-long workshops, or even an entire weekend. Maybe you own a unique type of business and want to help your employees manage their stress better? Or you may want to plan a couples workshop for your group of friends and family? Our customized programs are typically offered at your chosen location, within a time frame designed to be convenient for the type of workshop you have chosen to create. We offer the following formats and topics as a starting point:
