We’ve been closely monitoring COVID-19 and have decided that the best decision, to keep our community safe, is to move this workshop to an online, interactive format. We will contact all registered participants soon with more information.
Parenting is hard! And yet, we do the best we can. Cultivating the skills of mindful parenting can help us take a step back, see the bigger picture, and get in touch with our inherent wisdom. These skills give us the confidence we need to parent effectively even when things go south.
In this Mindful Parenting class you will learn to:
- Ground yourself when you get emotionally triggered
- Practice guided meditations to enhance positive parenting
- Develop clear boundaries that align with your values
- Build a toolbox of self-care practices
- Discipline with mindfulness and kindness
- A Mindful Parenting Handbook
- Weekly emails that support you as you learn
- Free lifetime access to guided meditations on the MetaFi® App
