We’ve been closely monitoring COVID-19 and have decided that the best decision, to keep our community safe, is to move this workshop to an online, interactive format. We will contact all registered participants soon with more information.

If you’ve been on an endless rollercoaster of yo-yo dieting and self-judgement, it’s time to try a new approach. ME4B is designed for busy people who wonder if mindful eating could benefit them but have been unable to commit to a longer class. This workshop will give you the opportunity to try out the skills that can help you develop a more supportive relationship with food and your body through mindfulness.

In the Mindful Eating for Beginners Workshop, you will learn:

  • Dr. Rossy’s BASICS of Mindful Eating
  • Intuitive Eating Practices
  • How to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
  • Mindfulness practices you can implement right away
  • Awareness of how your thoughts and emotions contribute to mindless eating

  • 28 Days of online support including daily guided meditations
  • Price of Workshop may be applied as a discount toward the sale of any 8-week course within 12 months of Workshop

Registration Information:

Cost: $55 per person – $49 if registered by April 10th

Because we strongly believe that mindfulness is such a key to our health, well-being, and resilience, we’ve decided to lower the prices on all of our online classes to make them more accessible. We also encourage people to request payment plans and/or scholarships if they are finding themselves in financial difficulty during this health crisis.
