Free Online Meditations

We believe that mindfulness is a key to our health, well-being, and resilience—and that now, more than ever, our community needs the practices of mindfulness to help manage the complexities of life during the pandemic. In addition to offering our core mindfulness classes and workshops online at a reduced cost, below are some resources we’re honored to share with you in this challenging time. We have also started to build a GRCFM YouTube channel to offer you free guided meditations, accessible when you need them most.

Live Meditations with GRCFM Instructors
Wednesdays throughout May, 12:00-12:30 PM EST
Join via Zoom* (password 171329) or Facebook Live.

Remaining Schedule for May:

May 27 – Active Body Scan with April Kaiserlian, LMSW

*This link will only work for the scheduled recurring time slot. The sessions may be recorded so we can also share the guided meditations on YouTube. Zoom will only be recording the meditation leader.

Live Drop-In Meditations in May 2020

Mindfulness organizations throughout Michigan have partnered to offer live guided meditations, at no cost, for anyone to drop in as their schedule allows. We initially scheduled these for the month of April, in quick response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and Michigan’s Stay-At-Home order, but the drop-ins have been such a positive experience for all that we’ve extended these offerings into May. Please join us for any or all!
