Mindfulness Programs for Youth, Parents, and Educators

Beyond our core adult courses, we also offer a variety of mindfulness classes and events geared toward adolescents, teens, parents, and teachers. We believe that by equipping people of all ages with mindfulness and self-compassion resources, we can collaborate toward a more empowered, resilient, and understanding life experience as a community.
