The Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness is dedicated to teaching people how to use powerful mindfulness based tools to manage their stress and enjoy new health and well-being.
Our foundational program is the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course as taught at University of Massachusetts Medical School. We also offer a variety of programs based on MBSR such as Interpersonal Mindfulness and Mindful Parenting. In addition, you can join us for our weekly mindfulness practice group, and our monthly mindfulness professionals group as well as many workshops highlighting renowned mindfulness educators and speakers from around the country.
