About Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness

The Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness is dedicated to teaching people how to use powerful mindfulness based tools to manage their stress and take responsibility for their own health and well-being. Our programs are based on the groundbreaking work of Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Supported by over 35 years of research, mindfulness has been shown to be an effective complementary treatment to many different areas of physical, mental and emotional health.
